I had completed mine 6 months in mine company?
I had completed mine 6 months in mine company in this 6 months i had some mistake by which i had got some some good scolding from mine manager after that i have small fear in me in all sence
Feeling insecurity about Job
Because of this i never go in front of him
He too communicate through me in either in mail or in call
Now i have to ask for mine confirmation letter as i completed mine 6 months here
But i cant go straightly to him as he rarely comes in office now a days
I have to mail him...BUt as this is mine first job i dont know what to write in the mail
can you help me out pleaseeeeee

Initial days/months it takes time to adjust in a new Job.
Yes one make mistakes and manager will scold this is going to be there evrywhere. But here I will say that make sure u don't make same mistakes again.
Don't be in a fear of lossing job. Be confident.
About Confirmation, at the end of how many months u get ? I think 6 as u mentioned. U don't ask wait soon they will give.
