Hi ppl,
I have taken Motivation and performance as my topic for project in HR.
Please help me with some sample questionnaire related to this topic.
Is it advisable to use Likert's scale for questionnaire?
Also i want to know if we have to use the same paramaters for rating(like agree,disagree etc) for all the questions.
Or we can use appropriate paraments like very much,moderate,little based on the nature of questions.

Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects. Also, I have given links to questionnaire design in some of my responses to queries. The best way to find answers is to search the web using keywords from your query. That's what I do while answering queries for which I do not know the answer. There is more pleasure in finding the answers ourselves rather than getting it on-a-plate.
