Even i am astudent in Mba and i did my project in Balanced scorecard. The actual process is like study the environment of the company and their processes in all the perspectives. Then start analyzing the Vision of the Organization. Then break them into strategy map and break the strategies into simple activities related to the processes. Then assign Objective, Measures, Target and Initiatives. The main problem u will face in in Setting up of measures.
