Recruitment, liasoning with institutes regarding campus selection, colleges, consultants and websites. Induction training program for the new team members.Communication forums and channels Maintaining monthly manpower report. Execution of rewards/ recognition schemes in the hotel

Prepare Induction and orientation of new team members. Internal communications and MIS reports.making schedule for the On-Job Exposure and also assisting & counseling them for there professional dev New joining formalities.Personal Files, HRIS, and follow-ups wherever required.Prepare the Team Information Handbook and update it from time to time. Contracts, security reports, time office, first aid.Salary Administration, team insurances (Mediclaim and personal accident policy).

Team building events and facilities management. Working on statutory compliance, PF Returns, E.S.I, Bonus, Gratuity. manpower requirements and headhunting.Tracking transfers and deputation, tracks promotions and salary revision.

These are some Key attribute of a HR Person in a Hotel industry,,,,,,,infact I don't have any experience in Hotel area,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
