"Leave Encashment" does not attract Provident Fund. Madras high court had ruled it in "Thiruarooruram Sugars' case" subsequently Supreme Court follows it "Manipal’s case" Judgement

Thanks for the update. There is another query - PL encashment is paid on which part of salary ? Like earlier it was paid on only BASIC part of salary. Is there any amendment regarding this ? If there is any amendment please give reference case details.
