Hi,
I am working in an organization which is into manufacturing sector. We deal in Semi conductors and are one of the significant players in global markets.
I have been given an opportunity to bring about change in the culture of the organization where employees think that organization actually cares about them.
I want to bring life in this organization where people come and just work.
70 percent of the employees are between 20-24 years.
I want to make this organization into a learning organization......
Please guide me where can i begin from?????? How shall I plan???

first of all, I have to apologize for my bad English but I'm not a native speaker.
Nevertheless, I was faced with a similar problem and I can tell you that there are many ways of approaching a learning organization.
One of my approaches was to implement a team building, which was guided initially and now it changed into a learning team. In the next step, I cascaded downwards the team building to the non management level in order to buy in every organizational level. For the team building itself I used classical team building methods e.g. set up an offside workshop where the management had to arrange their food, planing car pooling, etc.
I hope this could give you an initial starting point.
