If empolyee is present 20 days and he/she absent 10 days, so its Basic salary calulate on 20 days, but does its same effect on his/her HRA ??????
For example. Basic Salary 6000.00 present days 20 days = 4000/- HRA 3000.00, what is HRA Calculation ????
(Same i.e Rs.3000/- or Rs.2000/-)

HRA will be calculated proportionately on total amount of basic either he works 20 days or 30days.
If he works 30 days and his basic amount is 6000.00/- then HRA would be 3000.00/- (for metro 50% on basic) and 2400.00/-(for non metro 40% on basic)
if he works 20 days and his basic is 4000.00/- then HRA would be 2000.00/- (for metro 50% on basic) and 1600.00/-(for non metro 40% on basic)
