Hi
Kavitha
ISO is not a something which is kept in basket and will give you.
ISO covers various systems QMS,EMS, FMS,TS,Laboratories and many more......Which system are you talking about.
Then you need to seek permission from mangement.....
First understand your requirement...
Cheers

Hi kavita,
The suggestion to hire consultant is a good one. consultant only can make you aware about all the procedure of ISO. In ISO you will have to get internal audit as well into the company apart of this documentation is one of the most crucial part of ISO so to hire consultant is a good option as they have got tied up ISO people.

Hello Kavitha,
For ISO implementations you would need to undergo internal and external audits. Internal audits are generally done by the internal staff - MR (Mgmt Representive / you can hire a consultant). External by the ISO agency person.
The 2 most important things for an audit are Process and relevant Documentation. Example - If you have some manufacturing process - exact should be the documentation part.
For HR activities they generally focus on Recruitments and Trainings.Keep a check on -
1. Resource requisition forms
2.Candidate Evaluation form
3.Induction acceptance forms
4.Personal files of employees
5.Training calenders
6.Training req forms
7.Training Feedback forms
8.Impact of training on employees.
For other department it is Process and supporting documentation. Hope the information would suffice your query.
