I am enclosing the Employee Agreement form under the service contract, which might be useful for some of the HR professionals.
I also wanted to know that if I process H1 visa for our employee, should I make him sign the seperate agreement form. I also wanted to know its validity. If any of you have already took an agreement from an employee, going abroad on H1 of the company can help me. If you have any format please send it to my mail ID
