Hello friends & seniors,
we are providing Pf facility to our all staff members. But one of new joinee of our orgnisation don't want pf facility , Gross salary of that emplyee is 7000/-. Wheather it is allowed or not? If Yes , then If there is any procedure for do the same?
If No.then is the right atttitude to make compulsary for the employee to take PF facility?
Need ur guidance. Its Urgent.

In my view, if his Basic and DA is upto Rs.6500/-, he has no choice except to enroll for PF facility as per EPF Act. Regards SK

You have to educate him about the benefits of the EPF & Pension scheme as a part of welfare and retention.
Some companies they do not want to offer this scheme for those employees drwan salary above 6500/-.

Dear Madhura, Yes If Basic is less then 6500/- then it is mandatory to employee. You have to tell him the PF benifits. Regards, sheela

Since, he is a low paid employee, he wants more in-hand-salary. His Basic pay may be reduced and other allowances except DA may be enhanced. By this he will have to contribute less amount towards EPF. He should be told about the benefits of EPF.

Dear Madam Our employer paying me 6700 before agency paid us 7000 He told me this on tender bases, So iam telling to pay only one pf only (Employer) According to New rule. he is telling thats not possible so plz suggest me.
