Dear All
I am actually looking for a recruitment plan or hiring plan.
How is a plan on yearly or Qly basis done?
I have a scenario. There is a Business Unit of 1500 employees and 6 Sub Business Units (SBUs). If the company wanna grow on 40% year on year basis. But the head of Business Unit want the Business Unit grows on 60% on quarterly basis. The Pre Sales guys telling that they have some deals in pipelines and if they get them then to deliver those the Business Unit will require atleast 450 employees more than the current number.
Please tell me how will we be able to create the hiring Plan?
In case this is not understandable then please tell me how do we do the simple hiring plan based on the future plan.
Regards

don't you think shredding or hiring depends a lot on requirement? one just don't hire people just the for sake of hiring and even if pre-sale team tells you about projects in pipeline they do mention the requirement and on basis of that you create how many people will be required for taking away the project
please be more conclusive with it ! cause it just appear you want to hire 450 people more nothing else

You may have more inputs from Business to arrive on hiring plan
1. What is the basis of 450 numbers? Why not 300 or 600? May be it is based on productivity per person or some other parameters.
2. JD preparation and sharing based on the inputs and expectation of Biz
3. Then sourcing channels need to be identified
4. TAT - Turn around Time
and the process follows.......

You have to conversate with your line manager or pre sales guys about expected deals of sales in the up coming days. Number and type of the persons, thier role, productivity and jd. then by understanding the business strategy, go through the process of JA(Job analysis) for each job.Dont make castle in the air that 450 or 550 or 600 or 500 workers would be required. No just understand the business needs and plans and proact in accordence with the plan.
