We need to outsource our HR dept. Can anyone pls help me in telling as to what are the cost savings in doing so? Just the tangible cost that I would be saving by outsourcing HR vis-a-vis having of my own?

First of all list out the reasons behind the step which your taking i.e. why u want to outsource all HR activities. Then check out what outside agency will offer , compare it and then & then take decision .
In my opinion Inhouse HR is more benificial than outsourced.
Understand difference between MotHeR & Step Mother (Outsourced).

As you have decided to outsource your HR functions, the main thing which we will save is our time. By the way we can reduce our workforce in the department and cost to them. The main reason why people outsource is also because of less knowledge of tax updation.
