As i joined a new company,During my final round of interview i asked for 15000 in hand(net pay),director thought it is a CTC/month and was ready to give me 1.8L yearly,As i covered under medical policy done by my husbands company,i am getting all medical benifits through that. so i am not intrested in taking ESIC from my current company and i said this to director he give me 100 rs hike so that i will cross the ESIC limit as he was not knowing ESIC calculation is done on consolidated salary,even i dont want PF and gratuity from company which i have already said to director.and priviously he said ok.so i gave the form for not taking ESIC,PF. Now Director consulted with consultant, and keep my offer on hold,in first month as my joining date was 21st Apr.i received salary for 10 days with the PT deduction.was around 4800/-
Consolidated Salary Working[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]Basic = 9060 , HRA = 3020 , CCA = 755 , Conveyance Allow = 755 , Medical = 1510 , Consolidated Salary = 15100 , Deductions = Employees' contribution to PF = 0, Employees' contribution to ESIC = 0 , Profession Tax = 200 , Total Decuctions =200 , Net Pay = 14900 ,[B]other Benefits = Co's contribution to PF =0, Co's contribution to ESIC =0 , Bonus = 755, Gatuity = 375 ,Total Benefits = CTC =16233 , PF Contry from Employer=1080 , Esic Contri from Employer=713 , Total =1793 , If I don’t want to take Gratuity =375 , it will gwt added to my salary , If I will get bonus Rs 750 with bonus total = 2918 from employer if company will not give me bonus total contry from employer 2543,as i am saving employers 2543 Rs per month by not taking PF ,gratuity,Bonus,ESIC,how much inhand salary should i asked to pay me?

Hi Arti,
Every company has its own salary structure & fitment, If you don't wants to avail ESIC benifit employer has given you Rs. 100 hike and you are out of ESIC limit and same case may be with PF.
But Gratuity and Bonus is a statutary and employer has a binding to make provision for Gratuity and Bonus. There is no question of saving employers money.
I suggest you to join as a consultant and take consolated Salary of Rs. 15000/- p.m.+

My director again called me yesterday for the salary discussion,he is ready to give me consolidated salary 15050 after PT deduction it becomes 14850/- (net pay)and gross after adding Gratuity and bonus it becomes 16180/-
Priviously he appoint me as HR Manager, now he gave me appointment letter in which he wrote AS Asst. HR Mgr..he might be knowing that i will ask him again so the general mgr and director are absent from work today as my salary and post was decided after long discussion.I found they are pressurising me to accept the offered salary and appointment letter. should i accept the letter or not?
