Priya,
The designation of the new employee could be EA (Executive Assistant) to MD. The grade however would depend on the exact nature of his/her job and the level of responsibility he/she is handling. This could vary from an Associate Manager to a GM level. I hope this clarifies your question.

Hi,
The title could be either Personal Asst. to MD or Admin Officer or Sr. Admin Officer, based on the responsibility given to him/her and also the reporting structure of this particular position. Also, it is not uncommon to assign additional tasks to any employee of any post. So, an HR may also be asked to look after hotel or travel arrangement of senior staff, or a PA can be asked to take up admin role. So, such roles usually overlap. You can go ahead with PA, EA,ES or PS.
Good Luck!!!

Grade can be decided considering the role and responsibility, also the years of experience the person has (not the priority), and the salary bracket decided for the post. All these can be clarified if you directly speak to your MD. He must have all these in mind.

The person who is assisting your MD. The designation may vary from orgn to orgn in case is graduate and liasoning with other statutory or govt office than he can be called as PRO also or Exective MD office. The designation may be Assistant to executive which depends on his qualification, salary and nature of job what he/she performs.
Since you are HR you can decide on above mentioned factors.
