Given the notification (attached) of wages increase from INR 10000 to INR 15000 w.e.f. 1st May 2010, please share what your organization plans to do:
a) Continue with Health Insurance for eligible employees
b) Delete Health Insurance cover for eligible employees
c) Increase salary of employees to ensure most move above INR 15K eligibility to reduce costs and better benefits
d) Combination of a) and c) above
e) Combination of b) and c) above
f) Any other please specify
