What's your background? Have you searched the web for the information before posting your query. If not, I suggest that you kindly do that. I remember to have seen a report about one of the first PhD in NLP in UK from Surrey University.

Thanks for the reply. I am a HR professional, tired of working in corporates and wish to go back to studies. I have searched for NLP on net and found helpful info also. After reading abt NLP , I am sure the same would also be helpful to communicate with the physically and emotionally challenged kids who cannt express their feelings and hence , are always neglected. They would really be benefitted out of it.
