i want to know, double post graduation(like MBA with MSW/MS/PG in HR) is advantage or disadvantage. it will affect our HR career. Kindly share your suggestion from employer and HR views.

Hi Divya,
There is no Advantage and Disadvantage for getting a Degree or education, You can do the Degree which you like but that should be in same field so that employer will be more comfort to judge your skill set. If possible do some PGD on Training,OP or LL.

Thank you for your immediate response. I have completed MBA in HR and currently working as HR in Manufacturing company. I would like to do one more course/degree. So can u suggest me some HR courses and universities(Distance education).

MSW & MBA both r master degrees and both are having specialisation in HR. so no need to get both degrees.
One who completed MSW / MBA can go for one year diploma course in HR, because we will not get full knowledge in one degree. for ex: In MSW w'll learn more about labour laws,Statutory compliance and Industrial Relation, where as in MBA w'll learn more abt recruitment,Training & Development & Performance appriasal.
