Hello Sheetal,
Many organisations have policies in conjunction to probation confirmation. For eg. Leaves.
In my organisation employees cannot avail PL's unless they are confirmed. And so the probation confirmation does hold value for us.
Accordingly you can check with your policy manual if there are policies in correlation with the probation confirmation.

Hi Sheetal,
Congrats for being confirmed. As far as benefits of the same is concerned, now you are eligible for the complete Leaves otherwise during Probation period you could avail only 1 leave a month.
Moreover now notice periods become one month from both the sides, i.e you have to give one month notice period before leaving organisation and the same with the employer, they have to give one month notice in lieu of before asking you to leave the organisation.

Dear Sheetal,
Congrats for your confirmation!!
As already stated by HR members, you will be eligible for leaves as per confirmed employee. Also you will be eligible for Bonus, LTA (Leave Travel Allow) and/or medical reimbursement (as the case may be), Travelling facilities / allowance, and don't forget you will be eligible to get more RESPONSIBILITY.
