We are in the service industry of Logistics, Hard freight transport and cargo movement(express) on an All India level.
Self takes care of the requirements of the HR for the South India.
We have quite a no. of vacancies to be filled up with candidates who are from the similar lilne of industry which will save us the time of on job traning etc.
Though I have tried a few good consultants from Bangalore and Chennai, the consultants could not not give me proper suitable candidates who meet our requirement of candidates with similar industrial experience.
Hence, can our HR colleagues help me out with suitable consultants and/or candidates who will be able to sponsor candidates who have experience in similar line of industries.
The vacancies are in the Marketing, operation and EDP/IT fields.
Salary is not a constraint for the prospective suitable employees.
Payment for the consultancy service charges will be prompt as per the agreed terms.

We are also into outstation recruitment. We have a team who conducts first round of interview and screening at various locations, final round to be conducted by Company HR at there office. We have geographical access ranging from cities like Gwalior, Jhansi, Ratlam, Indore, Baroda, Surat, Ahmednagar, Nasik, Pune, etc.
Currently we are doing staffing for some of the BPO's and IT Companies in Pune.
