Can anyone please give me the clear difference between Training Evaluation and Training Effectiveness?
And what are the methods of Training effectiveness and how can we measure the effectiveness of training?
Please advice me on this.

Dear Gayathri ji,
To check out the training, whether it is going on or not, it is in positive direction or not, how the trainees are taking it, all these are evaluation of training. Mean to say to keep an eye on training is the training evaluation but training effectiveness means on the basis of which needs we have conducted the training, it has been achieved or not. Or up to where we have achieved.
