Hi all,
Read this story and give yr views.
A conversation between the Mother Camel & the Baby Camel.
Baby Camel : Mom, why do we have humps?
Mother Camel : As we are desert animals, we need the humps to store water.
Baby Camel : Then, why are our legs long and out feet rounded?
Mother Camel : Obviously they are meant for walking in the desert better than anyone else.
Baby Camel : OK, then why are our eyelashes long? Sometimes, it bothers my sight.
Mother Camel : My dear son, those thick eyelashes are our protective covers from the desert sand and wind.
Baby Camel : So all these special organs are to make easier our life in the desert. Just one more question mom.
THEN, WHAT THE HELL ARE WE DOING IN THE ZOO ?
MORAL : SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCES ARE USEFUL WHEN YOU ARE AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME.

Your are absolutely right.Skills are of no use until or unless one gets the chance to use them.I believe that is the main reason why so many talented people leave the organizations that have no systems in place to tap their talent.
