Dear Renu,
You shall check with this site itself for sample HR games which can be held up in the organization for the moralization of the employees. Just go through that and I am very sure that you will get lots of ideas on to the cultural part of the program......

Dear Friend,

I was selected with ......... Group.

I was interviewed, dictated, selected by VP HR and VP (Tech.)

I was asked to join with 5/15/30 days. I choose option to join within One Month (be it 5/15/30 days). I was also told to confirm them date of joining. When I was selected after knowing all about me that qualifications etc. etc. and salary negotiations, I asked them to give me offer letter if any, then HR people said, I will get it on my joining with.

After 5 days of interview I confirmed them my joining date, but they told me that I can not join until they give us offer letter in writing. They repeated same thing twice on the phone. But now I came to know that they are not going to recruit me due to their company policy, whereas I have already resigned from my previous employer too. Please advise/tell me how to handle this critical issue, as I am in need of job very badly. Better if HR people had rejected/neglected me, and should not have tendered my resignation with my earlier employer.

Please suggest immediately.

Thanks and Regards,

You should always resign only after you get an offer letter from the next company, an offer letter shows the relation between employee & an employer.
All the Best - U will get a new job soon recession period has gone

Dear Renu,
You can organize "Find your gift" for your office employees.
All you need to do is get some small gifts and hide them in the office premises. Do not forget to hide few fake gifts as well.
Tell employees that there are few hidden gifts in the office and the ones who would find them will get those gifts.
Wish them luck and enjoy watching them as they find real/fake gifts.
It is fun, I did it in my office and people enjoyed.
