An organisation had sent a employee for training in foreign country who had signed a bond period for 3 years but after having such training on Organization expenses the employee has left the services without any intimation. A legal notice for such breach and recovery of liquidated damages is to be sent to the employee. Pl sent a draft of legal notice to be sent by employer
