Hello forum members,
Recently I attended training on E-mail Etiquettes. Till I attended the training I had never anticipated there could be so much to learn in this type of training.
The faculty of the programme was Mr Dinesh Divekar. I find that he is active member of this forum. In the programme he gave us a very useful training handbook. If we were to implement all the rules then it would take at least year to master all the etiquettes. In the training, he also explained the cultural differences i.e. writing mails to Americans, Europeans, Asians and so on.
After the discussion, he gave us very good exercises. Through this exercises, he gave us awareness that how difficult it is to implement the rules of business writing or how difficult it is to master the drafting skills.
I recommend everyone should take this training. His contact details (as given in the handbook) are mobile No: - 9900155394 and E-mail ID: dineshdivekar(at)yahoo.com
Thanks and regards,

Aparna, It's awesome to know that we in the corporate world are learning that seemingly 'small' and 'unimportant' things are becoming extremely valuable for better business and management practices.
I would definitely recommend that each one of us take a different and more wider view of what personality development really is and what a HUGE impact it actually has on our performance and in turn, our development as a corporate society.
Thank you for the reminder ..

Obviously readymade PPT will not be shared. There is no PPT on platter. No free lunches. Learning is not easy, you will have to spend time, energy and money to learn something worthwhile.
