Hi I m Meenu,
I recently joined as an executive HR in an IT Company and don't have much knowledge about ESI,We are deducting PF and esi of employees but the employees are not going for any treatment of ESI and they dont want to deduct their esic.Now my question is
1. What are the benefits of ESIC?
2. Is there any ESIC leave also?
3. Is there any way of coming out of ESIC, if employees dont want to use esic benefits and dont want to deduct their esic?
Plz reply as it is very urgent!
