I am working in a Software Organization for the past 5.4 years. It is a small company in Chennai with 20/25 members. I need to know weather I am eligible for gratuity. If I am eligible for it, how can I claim it. Any form filling procedures from Govt. of India are available?
Any other details are needed for answering the above question pls let me know.

Hi Gokul,
As far as i know the Gratuity can be claim once you leave the job. I am not very sure if the same can be avail while u r in the same company. Becos i have worked in a company and i got my Gratuity only when i left the job.
If i am wrong please feel free to correct me that will increase my knowledge as well.
