Dear Supriya,

Roughly speaking, you can ask the questions about:

a) Brand position
b) increasing operational efficiency
c) Building organisation's culture
d) Fostering innovation
e) Focus - internal as well as external
f) Strategic Thinking

I conduct training on "Interview Handling Skills" (how to take interview). If you are interested, I will train senior staffs of your company on hiring a senior person.

Recruitment of senior person is to be handled with due sensitivity. Else it does more harm than good. In my training session at Mumbai, one of the participants had shared an instance of how recruitment of top level executive had gone wrong and how that person had created devastating effect on their company's culture.

I have conducted one-to-one session for MDs also. If you wish, similar training can be conducted for higher authorities of your company as well.

I handle soft skills, behavioural and management training. To make you aware of my training activities, I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post.

Thanks,

Dinesh V Divekar
