If an organization has more than 20 employees and have no one drawing a sallary less than 6500/- per month, is it fine if they do not deposit PF OR should all of them deposit a minimum of 12% of 6500 rs thats 780 ?

Dear Richa,
P.F. Act 1952, there is limit of basic+da =6500 means if the employees basic +da =6500 or more than that then it depends upon the employees intrest either deducted or not for the same but for not deduction of PF than you have to take the consent latter from the employees.
