Dear Chinnioo, Greetings for the day:) Yes, you can withdraw your PF by submitting PF Withdrawal Form 10C and 19 Forms are attached herewith

Also ensure that you enclose supportive documents (Copy of Bank Pass Book and Cancelled Cheque Leaf) along with Form 19 and 10-C.

Hi, One more query, in form 10-C & form 19 in the place of "Signature of Employer/authorised Official" is it must and should to take signature from previous employer? plz suggest. Regards Gunjan.

Normally you have to get it signed by Previous employer but previous employer is not signing it then you have some other options also.
You can get it signed by some other authorities also

Yes, you can withdraw P.F., fill the Form 10 C & 19 and get duely signed by authorized person (P.F. Papers) of that company and submit it to your regional p.f. office.

IF previous employer is not signing it you can signed by princple, head master, pradhan, m.p., mla, & other govt officer

Yes the PF amount does not go any where it is deposited with the government you can directly approach the PF company with your releaving letter and collect the necessary form to be duly filled and submittted. Once you get the forms you will need to go to your old office take necessary stamps and signature and resubmit to the PF office. You can even go to your office and ask them but that will take time hence you can do it on your own.
