as i get consumer court order in my favour in which the magistrate mention in last that the opposite party have to pay me the follywing things after 30 days from the recipt of the order copy..so is it possible that opssite party will not take the order copy for a long tym or if they will take than what are the next steps they can take ....

In the case of consumer court order, the court itself sends the copy of order tot he parties. so there is no need to apply the copies by the parties. the next step of agrreived party is to go for appeal to highr court, e.g. state commission of national commission as the case may be.

if they appeal in the high court than i will get the notice for that or if they fails to do in high court than at time they will pay me my money

appeal does not lie to high court. appeal can be filed in state commission, which is higher court to the consumer forum. its not neccessary that if they fail in appeal before state commission they will pay you there itself. however if they prefer appeal, as per the Consumer Act, they have to deposite 25000/- or 50% of the awarded amount, whichever is less, before the state commission, which you can get easily if they fail in appeal. however if any amount is required to be paid above that, if they dont pay then you have to approach consumer forum again for recovery of the said amount by way of execution application.

rejesh is correct execution application can be filed by you only after elapsation of the appeal period. anyway, now u can only wait for the notice issued by the appelate authority thanks and regards

thanks mr rajesh and mr prasiddh but mr rajesh i didn't get you.. if they want to appeal in state commision what they have to deposite as in my case they have to pay me 18000 and 10000 to the consumer forum trust makes the total of around 28000 for them to pay as per my case order than tell me exactly what will happen if they appeal to state commision how much money they have to spend on appeal in state commision and etc etc...
