I am account officer in BPO co.
I joined in the month of Nov '06 so don't know about co. previous matter
My Main profile is PF
I Done following work relating PF
1) Paid monthly challans
2) Submitted form no 19 & 10C
3) Submitted form no 13
4) Submitted form no 5
5) Submitted form no 10 from nov'06
6) Submitted monthly return 12-A
Is that right or some form are left to submitted to PF office
And also teel me about NSSN form

hi,
If anybody newly joined you have to submit their Declaration Form in Form No.2.
Annual return before April 30 (for the period March to February) to be submitted in Form 3A and Form 6A.

Dear,
NSSN is the process of giving unique number to every employee. You have to submit filled form of NSSN to RPFC. Then a identity card (like PAN card) will be given to employee by PF office.
In your work relating to PF is the urgent now to send annual returns for the year of 2006-2007(i.e. 3A,6A & Reconciliation statement),and form 5 & 10 should be send monthly.
Form No. 13 should be used to transfer of accounts when employee leaves your organisation and joins other, and want to transfer his accounts on name of other company.
