All are not intrested in closing the factory as well as not intrested in increasing the productivity for overcome the high costing.

Dear,
Pls look into the state factory rules. U should intimate the concern authority regarding the closure of business hours. They might inspect before declaring it sick.
- Pls consult with some Labour law consultant. he would better guide u in this situation and u need to pay all the benefits & compensation as per the policy laid down by the company.
