i am an customer care manager in maruti suzuki company, how can i know my customer is satisfied with my service or not. if not how can i satisfy them.plz give me the stisfaction ways to customers.

Please tell me what is your role and what sort of an establishment are you considering. Are your customers consumers or other businesses? Have you searched the web for "customer satisfaction questionnaires?"

Thanx for replying, actually it is a new dealership of a well known four wheeler company which is going to start and I am selected there as a manager customer care, after my M.B.A it is a golden opportunity for me to do something and to prove myself. That is why I am confused that how to start the journey of my career.
