Hi All, Is there any difference between salary slip & pay slip?

Hi,
Salary Slip is also known as Pay Slip.
It is document that gives the details of the salary of an employee during the particular period. Normally the salary is paid on monthly basis.
The Salary Slip / Pay Slip gives the details of the particular employee like Days Present, Days Absent, Basic Earnings, Other Allowances and the Deductions of Taxes and other dues.
The Salary Slip Format gives break up of the Gross Earnings, Deductions and Net Earnings of the employee.

As there is no regulation here for giving those .

hi everyone,
I am working with a small software co. past 10 months as a php developer in NCR. I am getting 12600 pm cash but co. does not provide any salary slip for the same.Although my offer letter contain salary components (Basic,HRA,DA,TA & special allowance,sum is 12800 pm).
Now I am looking for job change.
I have two queries,
1)do companies give salary slip for cash salary?
2)what should I do in this scenario?
