Dear Piyush,
If employee is expired he/she will eligible for EDLI'S 1976.tHEY WILL GET BENEFIT FROM 60,000/- Rupees from Central governament (i.e.In PF Office) but Nominne has to fill Form-5(1F) ALONG WITH Nominee has to produce below documents.

Migaration certificate
Nominee's bank pass book(xerox copy)
Nominee Bank Account number
ID Proof
