Good attempt to describe the Welfare measures open to Labour force. But when you list out the schemes you should not forget to say about the two basic welfare schemes in the form of social security which are practically available in our country, and they are, Employees Provident Fund, Pension Fund and Employees Deposit Linked Insurance Schemes framed under the Employees Provident Fund and Misc. provisions Act and the Employees State Insurance.

There are virtually a lot of Welfare Fund schemes of the State Govts which are remaining only in papers and not at all benefiting the labour class but in practice. There are certain Welfare Funds which require more than what the Fund receives by way of subscription from the employees/ employers for the administration and payment of salary and allowances, fees and travelling expenses of the Officers. But at the same time EPF and ESI are in the main stream as the basic social security and welfare schemes available to Indian Labour.
