Hey Roshini,
You haven't mentioned what's your experience in HR. So, it would be bit difficult to comment.
However, here my suggestion in general, I have always been very critical of the curriculum some of our Institute have in India which is theory based , so I would suggest..absolutly NO for the course. Rather, do some HR Certification course. Here are some help for you:
1. Strategic Human Resources Management | SHRM India - Check-out their HR Next Course.
2. Carlton Advanced Management Institute - Contact Us, check-out Indian contact person
All the best,

Hi Roshini,
Please take up a regular course and not a correspondence and also note that it should be from a noted institute. If you want to do it for a certificate sake you can go ahead.

But I am looking for a course which is affordable and of less duration.
My total experience in HR is of 4 years.
Educational Qualification:- M Com
Designation:- Executive HRD
Actually due to non-professional course in HRD, I am unable to get good job in HR Department; and with good salary.
Hence I am looking for short time [affordable] course, so that it can add weightage to my resume and help me to get good package.
My key skills are payroll, recruitment, induction, performance management, Welfare activities.
If you have suggestions

Hi, Better than the certificate program, just check the course for 1 year diploma in HR which has the better subjects, as i m also planning to do the same.

hi roshini ..my advice is that instead of studying that course directly u learn from ur company and specialize on filed and start ur carrier in that filed ..dnt waste time and money for unnecessary things now ..think it later certification for that selected filed
