Dear Mostafa,
I could suggest you one of my books "The Art & Science of Presentation" published by Rupa & Co. It is available in most bookstore and online. I hope the book will adequately enlighten you on the subject.

Dear Mostafa ,
I appreciate the suggestion given by Mr. Gautam Chatterjea.
Please get the book on "Presentation Skills" by Steve Mandel & "Communication Skills" by Bert. E. Decker. I am attaching one PPT - Presentation Skills for Everyone .

I think as under:

a) First come at the wave length of your listener ( as we mostly here that chemistry of such and such hero heroin does not match). Recently, I have to find out a PG for my niece at Delhi. I searched on the net and one person as Aneesh Gupta. Before, making him a call I decided should I call him Gupta or Aneesh. I preferred to call him Anish. When he picked up the phone, my first words were ' Aneesh Kaise Ho" (Aneesh how are U) he said fine and furthered that sorry uncle he could not recognize me. I replied, You cannot, as we have never met before, he laughed like anything and asked me what I can do. When we visited, he attended us very respectfully as if we were his relative, obliged us. Just an opening Good morning with energy and without energy mattes much.

c) Ensure that you are not using word 'No' and "I" . If not possible to the minimum.

d) It is better to quote the name of the books, authors of the idea on which you are speaking. This makes interesting and convincing. Taking the credits for ideas spoil the show. It is quite sufficient you have the knowledge and can present the same in an INTERESTING way.

e) Don't be in hurry to cover all the points, rather carry the audience with you.

f) Use some suitable couplets, wording from songs this makes interesting. In one my lecture I was telling the students that before speaking ensure that you are talking from the heart as the body language reveal YEH PUBLIC HAI SAB JAANTEE HAI. There was clapping. and it made me sure that I have been able to install the idea in the minds.

So on.,,,, There are lot of things to be taken care of.

The further suggestions/comments will help me to improve.

Dear Mostafa,
Firstly I should appreciate Mr. Amarjit Arora that presentation skills have to be practiced before facing the audience.
That is why Dr. Rooshi kumar Pandya taught us the first lesson " People who have power in their point never use Powerpoint."
I hope you will certainly do well as per the suggestion given by all the experts in this forum.
Wish you all the best ....

Dear Mostafa:
I' have given literally thousands of presentations in academic settings, while hundreds in professional settings. For effective presentations just follow the ABCDEFGH principle, where:
A = Authentic and Articulate, B = Brief but Bouncy, C = Candid and Cheerful, D = Delightful and Dazzling, E = Empathy and Energetic, F = Fearless and Friendly, G = Gracious and Glowing, H = Hearty and Helpful These attributes flow easily and seamlessly if you care to love, and show concern, for your audience, and garb yourself in the raiments of punching yourself hard in doing your homework, and honing your presentations skills with client-feedback.
There, I can see you smiling
