Dear All
Recently one of my colleagues has been complaining about politics going on in our office, She complains saying, the credit of her hard work goes to another colleague from her office just bcoz he is in good books with the senior mgmt .
She feels she is suppressed from her growth in the organization and cant concentrate on work bcoz of such atmosphere in office . She is currently depressed and needs help.
Please help me to solve this situation for her.

Be patient,
Have you seen Big Boss , who is the winner , person who never was loud in any situation.
Try to find out some way how to convey your feeling to your main seniors.
This is in all organization.
If you say all this things to them straight forwardly , they will say " see , how fussy she is "
Be calm. DO your work.
You always get your dues . Remember this.
Dont worry, in fact try to smile , be happy and natural, dont be depressed.
TELL ALL THIS THINGS TO YOUR FRIEND.

Please note that "good work never remain unnoticed". Be a smart worker rather than hard worker. Depression is not the answer of any problem. Be positive in every situation. If you think positive than only positive things would happen in your life. Try to be in good books of your immediate boss with your work. Don't try to circumvent your immediate superior. There must be some qualities in your superior due to which he is in good books of your ultimate boss. Learn those qualities. Learn to handle different people with different approach. Mind you, this job is not the end of the road for you. Change your job if nothing works for you.

Dear all
Thank u for ur reply,
BE PATIENT isn’t it a hard word . She is not a new employee in the company, she is being serving the company since last 4 years, slogging hard to reach her position and when now she is above to reach her goal, such she is treated this way.
I try my best to console her but sometimes I think the management has their own ways to make someone fell incompetent by treating them this way and ultimately the person is forced to leave the job out of no option left. Moreover when the person is drawing high salary.

Hi george
Wat I feel is your coolegue is ther in the company for the last 4 years. She has to work smartly othervise she 'll never be recognized whether she remains in the same job /or goes for a change.Ask her to start talking to the senior Management. This is the only way where she can slowly and graduaaly make a feel of her presence

Secondly it is hard for someone to concentrate on work when such injustices are being done.
Our company has another policy it says we are all family memeber and work like one family is that really what is happening???

True George can agree for your comment. Becuase even I have experienced such kind of situations in my life. Till now the condition is same.
Presently I am closely working with Top management (General Manager). He never listens what I say. He has a negative mind for my words.
You try to explain and make him understand the things patiently no he will not at all agree.
Its becoming tough for me to convince him in implementing anything in the organization. When I take up issues with MD/any other senior person than him then little bit will agree for my thoughts.
I can say he has half knowledge and acts he is very smart but he is not.......
Hey guys........ whats your views on this????????
