Hi Vandana,

First you discuss the subject with Top management and Finance people regarding the salary structure. The finance people have experience in salary policy and Taxes, and then you structure the salary with hierarchy level.

Find the attached file of Sample salary structure. I hope it will helpful to you.

Dear Vineetha, As per your salary break-up sheet, basic is 35%, which is less than the minimum wages....Kindly suggest whether 35% BASIC can we consider in Punjab, where minimum wages are 3398???

Every company has its own rule to decide its basic but it should not less than may be 35% because in our organisation we are considering two basic structure one is 40% and 50% of CTC and in some of the company its 55%...Ashok
