Hi All,
I am working as a HR Excutive in an IT company...I have 1+years of experience on the same company. I have a doubt that, whether core hr is best or SAP hr is best for future career growth.
I'm in a confusion state... , please help me out of this..
Thanks,
Swarna..

Dear Swarna,
Greetings!
As you are still in your initial stage of your career; so first try to gain more competency & experience in Core HR. Later on you will automatically find it very easy in understanding & implementing SAP HR. SAP HR is only an ERP tool.

Hi Narendra, i have 3 yrs experience in core HR. will there be any opening in SAP if i do any course now. How go about it, kindly suggest

Hi Raga, Ya! You can do a course in SAP HR and look out for new jobs. My sincere advice is to do certifications like PCMM & CMMI instead of doing a course in SAP HR. All the best! Regards, Narendra

SAP HR is only an ERP tool ... go for core HR ... if you don’t have a core HR background ... you are useless for HR ... you only know SAP HR Tool ...

Growth in terms of Money or Knowledge? You answer lies in this questions. Core HR can give you variety of situations to deal with diff human beings which can help to make yourself perfect.
I have a good SAP Implementation exp. I was earlier confused like you but than I choose to be in Core HR. With SAP HR, you can not become HR Head.
