Dear all,
I would like to ask some thing about labour laws,as at this site so many attachments related to labour laws are present but my questions is that what should be a beggining to understand labour laws because when we read labour laws there are articles ,section , act, so I just want to know the best or easiest way to learn these laws.:-?

Thanks

Hi Monika,
You can start reading books related to labor law and yes the laws and the section will be bit confusing so just take one at a time and read ten sections daily as a beginner. Also you can go through these sites where a small brief will be given about the laws so that you can understand it easily.

Hello Monika,
Initially it happens when you read laws. But the easy way is to first of all understand the scope and objective of that particular law.
You should have that curucity to know about it that you should read it throwlyy all the definitions and chapters of it. If we talk about Factories act or Standing order ot ESIC.
You should know what exctly this act stands for,why it has been came into existance, and then go in details.
For any assisatnce contact.
