Please explain what Organization Cognition means!! I have a literal understanding of this term and hence I am not sure what you mean by it.
It'll be great if you can elaborate on it a bit, (I am not that good with Jargon!!!)

As far as I have read, on the google search itself, org cog is no more a jargon in this fast changing world. As Individuals have to update their cognition to face the dynamic world so in this era of uncertainty and growing complexity organizations too need to realign their cog according to the needs of the future challenges. Many psychologist are working in this area. This is what i understood by reading some of the articles, rest is upon you and the gamut of learned ppl around

Thanks a lot for your sharings.I think this is one of the most informative materials I have come across recently which took me through a nice journey of experiential thoughts.I am a trainer and an aspiring OD consultant and these materials definetely constitutes strong stones to build upon.
