kindly give more details about this opening like job location, job responsibility, whether contract role or permanent role, which company you are from. without any detail from ur side you required hr head. without proper information dont post the thread. simply you people collecting the resumes. one sad things is many people applying jobs without seeing any information they are all apply just like that. Definetly must change this attitude its my friendly request. why am saying this bcoz for example if i post any jobs on naukri site i will get 99% unmatching resumes. without go through the Job description they are all apply for the job this is the main reason to get unmatching resume. so before apply for the job kindly go through all the details like if this opening is matching for your exp then you can apply otherwise dont apply unneccessarily then you people blame on hr's. simply you says no feedback from hr for this postion.
