Hi,
I need help in preparing the salary structure and job description for my company which is into Facility Management Firm. The salary structure and the Job Description has to be in line with a 3 star hotel.
The departments are Admin, HR, Marketing & Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchase and IT
Please help.

you may find a general salary structure from cite hr or from any of your friends.
Basic, DA, HRA, VDA,etc, some of the general aspects are usually covered to every employee in every organisation.
According to the departments the allowances and other related benefits differs.
so send me your requirements specifically mentioned on the positions of various departments in your organisation.
