Hi Roopika,
The induction manual depends on many a factor. A lot many cases are being discussed regarding this in this site. Unless one knows your organization thoroughly, it is very difficult to suggest one., cuz it will have straight effect on Introduction, Socilization and Metamorophosis process.
However,prejoinig formalities though depends on many internal factors, but there are some statutory requirements like -
1. Get ESI form 1 fiiled
2. Get PF nomination filles up
4. Get all certificates and testimonials and verify those with originals personally
5. Get Release letter from the previous employer (It is a must and very important part, else you may be under legal hassels for providing with double employemnt)
6. Get a joining report signed by the new joinee during joining
Rest all depend on your internal policies, like medical Certificate of fitness etc.
