good, probably all the minus points have been brought forward. Like Courts, it is the HR department who have retained some values. The professionals are to learn and bring them into parctice.

Dear Raveesh, Thanks for pointing this out.
Dear dhanablr
I am surprised to find that you are a member since Oct 2007, yet you have posted a REPEATED PPT that has been posted just a few days back.
Here's the link :

I am sorry to find that 1982.deepika posted it on 29/09/09, thus beating you by few days; in the race to become popular and collect compliments and "thanks" from members.
I hope next time, you'll post something posted at least a month earlier, so that people do not remember it.
BTW, there is a SEARCH tool which one should use to ascertain if a material has been posted earlier or not.
Regards. Sorry that I am not able to "Thank you" or "praise your efforts in making such a wonderful PPT" as I have seen it earlier.
But take heart. Many members who would not be reading my post, shall keep on THANKING and PRAISING you. This happens.

Dear sboss,
As advised by you; I will be HAPPY TO IGNORE all such PPTs which are repeated. Hope you'll ensure that all such posts containing repeat PPTs attachment are marked as "ALREADY POSTED EARLIER ON CiteHR."
In fact, this is what I want. People should acknowledge, from where they got that PPT. It solves all problem.
