Just thought of sharing an experience which shocked me. In cousre of interview discovered that engineer was holding a fake experience from one of the renowned company in bangalore.
On further questioning we came to know that he got this letter thru' consultant who would charge freshers with no job a lump-sum money of Rs 50,000+ and provides a month training and exp. letter of 1yr to 2yrs from this company.
