Please clarify,
in our agreement we have mentioned that workers will get fixed amount of Convyance allowance as Rs. 1000/- p.m.
now my question is that if a worker does not come or he is on leave for 20 days and does not come to work will he be getting the same amount of Rs. 1000/- or do i have to calculate 26 / 1000 * actual present days.

In case his salary for the leave period of 20 day’s is payable, then he is also eligible to get conveyance allowance.
