Hello everyone,
I am designing an appraisal system for a small manufacturing firm. The basic objective of the system is to increase efficiency of plant by increasing worker's efficiency. Based on appraisal we are also planning to give performance bonus so that there will be motivation to increase productivity.
We are planning in following ways:
1. Work study
2.Preparation of detailed JD
3. Standard production rates
4. Identifying Quantitative and qualitative parameters to be included in appraisal
5.Linking ratings to performance bonus.
This is just overview.
Please give me your suggestions. I need guidance.
